We live in West Vancouver V7V and are searching for an efficient housekeeper/assistant to help us with cleaning and other light household tasks (cleaning, sweep floors, recycling, prep meals, do dishes, fold laundry, iron, help with household tasks while I recover from surgery and possibly carry on for longer to assist if the fit is good for all.

We need cleaning on a daily schedule, may take 4-8 hours/day depending on depth of cleaning. Looking to find someone that we can create a long-term working relationship with. If end up helping with children: typical 8am-4pm, help with getting ready for school in AM, cleaning the house while older one in school, help with baby during day while we work but he naps a lot, potentially walk our two small sweet dogs, occasionally entertain toddler after school. Occasional help on weekends and may need you to come on trips with us ie Whistler, Tofino, etc. We are looking for someone who connects well with our kids, has initiative, is adaptable, flexible and well organized. Compensation will depend on level of experience. We would like to start around $20 and raise the amount over time. This is something we are open to discussing based on expertise and experience. Also we live in west vancouver near Lighthouse park.
