I need someone to operate my Hoyer lift to do transfers between the bed and the toilet and my sit-to-stand lift to do transfers between the toilet and the wheelchair. I need meal preparation. I use diapers and pads. I need to be given daily pills with applesauce. I have services that come in for showers.

Our son is 3 years old and has autism. He is currently full time in daycare, but will start school in September, when we will need someone 5 days a week after school.
For now it would be weekends, and occasionally some hours after daycare.
He loves to run outside, reading books, playing with lego blocks and magnets.
He is still in diapers, and mostly non-verbal (only a few words). He is very shy, so we're looking for somebody that doesn't talk very loud but has a bubbly personality that can engage with him.
