Child Care in Angus

| I have always loved children and always babysat while growing up. I lived in a small town where I babysat for many different families. When I graduated, I went on to become a vet technician. I worked at a vet hospital for a couple of years when my husband got a job transfer to Halifax. I then went back to doing childcare and became a nanny for 4 wonderful children ages newborn - 5 years. When my first child was born we moved back to Ontario and moved back to Ontario as I wanted to be around my family. We now have two boys. I love being a stay at home mom but I miss having a lot of children around. I currently have a home daycare with two spots open. I have many excellent references, First Aid, and CPR. I also completed a criminal background check and child abuse check for my previous employer and would have no problem doing so again if needed. My rate is $35 dollars a day. I also am available for before and after school care which is $15 for before or $15 for after or $25 for both. Please message me with any other questions.

Most importantly, keeping a safe and clean environment with constant supervision of the children. Through crafts, role-playing, and outdoor exploration, I taught across multiple subjects such as language, math, art, and science. I have excelled in individualized care plans, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. Taking the lead in activities and care plans, I successfully create positive connections with teams, parents, and the children under my care.

| There’s something about the kids that I always have a connection with. I experience with different type of kids With new newborns or Ages of 2 or even 3 year old, I love what I do and what I learned is being patient, playful and most of all paying attention to them and just making sure they feel safe and feel wanted. now that be said, I’m a very loving caring person understand what need to be done really good listening and this is why I love taking the opportunity to babysitting and also having a great relationship with the parents and also with the kids.
