JOB DESCRIPTION  Provide care under the facility’s laws & protocols  Knowledge cleaning pressure ulcer & changing bed position  Take and record vital signs  Able to handle Insulin for my ward patient  Prepare and serve meals  Assist residents with bathing, changing and toilet  Accompany residents for activities, appointments and physical therapy  Perform first aid and emergency response procedures when necessary  Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning.
