Senior Care in Hammonds Plains

| I have worked in senior facility and in people homes doing PCW work. I have my CPR and first aid training and own transportation. I love looking after people that need help.

| I am an Continuing Care Assistant with 6 years of experience. I can help, and perform anything to do with personal care, meal preparation, mobility including mobility aids, transportation, help for shopping and errands. I also have experience with respite care. My 6 years of experience include a mix between working at hospitals or nursing homes. Currently I’m working at the Halifax Infirmary on a neurosurgery floor. Which my skill level, critical thinking and care are respected. I am a very caring person, who always puts others first, especially the ones I’m caring for.

| I chose to work in care because I always wanted a job that would have an impact on people’s lives. Helping people has always proved to be rewarding to me. I do not have a medical background although I have had hands on experience with the seniors In my life who needed care and realized my positive and easy going attitude was able to make a big difference provide a comfort.
