We are looking for an experienced caregiver for our 15-month-old daughter starting in late July or early August, 5 days a week, from approximately 630 am until 130 pm.
As you will become a significant part of our daughter's life and our lives, we are looking for someone who shares our values of honesty, compassion, hard work and respectfully taking care of one's self and surroundings.
Our daughter enjoys arts and crafts, music, reading books, and playing outdoors. We would like to find a caregiver who can play with her, teach her and constructively encourage good behaviour as she grows. Healthy eating is important to us as well, so we appreciate someone who can prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
I am a stay at home/work from home mom so it is important that our nanny be comfortable with that dynamic. Thank you for considering our family. We hope to hear from you soon.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Non-smoker.
- Speak English fluently.
- At least 2 years of experience with age group 0-2 years.
- No criminal history
- CPR certified
- Comfortable with cats
- Strongly prefer candidate with a valid driver's license and car, and clean driving record.
- Tidy and well-organized.

Duties Include:
- Organizing children's activities
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the child
- Dress child in the morning, assist with teaching age appropriate self-care (brushing teeth, potty training)
- Maintain nap time routine
- Driving to activities may be requested
- Keeping child's room and play area clean, organized and stocked with appropriate materials (e.g., refill diaper caddy, notify parents if more supplies need to be purchased).
- Child's laundry
- Keep child's gear and toys clean and well-maintained
- Empty and load dishwasher
- Empty diaper pail daily
- Other duties to be discussed as need arises as child grows
- Hours may shift slightly as nap schedule changes, flexibility appreciated.

* Please note that hourly rate is negotiable depending upon experience, and it reflects pre-tax rate rather than take-home pay (appropriate taxes will be withheld).
