Independent 95 year old needs help at home. She is very healthy for her age with no medications. She was doing extremely well living on her own until recently. She now has more difficulty getting around, needs some assistance sometimes to get up from her recliner chair or couch to use the walker.

She will need assistance daily, in home, for the following:
- Transferring and ambulation assistance
- Assistance with bathing, showering, dressing and grooming
- Meal and snack preparation
- Assistance with range of motion exercises
- Assistance with toileting
- Light housekeeping, laundry and linen changing
