B , now in his formative years, requires dedicated support to navigate his daily life. Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one care for B , assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe environment. - Effectively manage B 's behavioral challenges, especially sudden-onset aggression, through keen observation and proactive intervention. - Administer medications according to the prescribed schedule and monitor their impact on B 's behavior and well-being. - Foster positive social interactions and emotional communication, encouraging B 's progress in joint attention and social reciprocity. - Address safety concerns, particularly impulsivity and spatial awareness issues, to prevent accidents and ensure B 's well-being. Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children with complex behavioural needs. - Knowledge of medications like risperidone, clonidine, and Ativan, and the ability to manage their administration and observe their effects. - Understanding of ADHD-related challenges, including focus, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with Bennett's mother, healthcare providers, and other caregivers. Requirements: - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs. - Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and handle sudden-onset aggression with a calm and composed demeanor. - Availability during B 's active hours, ensuring consistent care and support.
