My name is Lexi and I am looking for a full-time position within the HRM. As a certified Nova Scotia teacher, I am able to provide private tutoring at the Elementary school level. I am comfortable with light housework and meal preparation. I am also happy to help with transportation to and from school as well as extracurricular activities. When it comes to my experience, I have worked in public and private settings with children of all ages and backgrounds. I would consider myself an outgoing, reliable and compassionate person who adores spending time with children.
Qualifications:
- I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary education with a specialization in early childhood education.
- I have taught children from ages 4 to 12 in the public school system for the past three years.
- I have Montessori training and enjoy play based learning.
- Experience working closely with children with exceptionalities, such as ASD.
- Valid driver's license with my own transportation available.
- CPR/First Aid certified.
